trying to "sell the car over the phone." Scripted and consistent, 7am to 11
pm 7 days per week, 365 days per year.

questions and attempt to set an appointment
- Whether an appointment is set or not, we will enter the data into
your crm for your future follow up.
- We will maintain an excel spreadsheet with each appointment set and
email to you and your designate each evening
- If by chance a caller is looking for another department we will co
mplete
a transfer back to your designated number, and by department if
information is supplied i.e. Parts, Service, Administration office.

- 250-400 incoming sales calls $67.30 per day x 26 days $1,755.00
- 401-550 incoming sales calls $76.73 per day x 26 days $1,995.00
